Megan Elizabeth Pigott.
I happen to have a best friend who lives over 2,794 miles away. She and I aren’t like any other pair of “best friends.” How many people can you say you know like the back of your hand… yet you’ve never met them before? I’ve never met Megan yet I know her as much as she knows herself. Sometimes, we get freaked out. We can complete each other’s sentences, we know when something’s bothering us, and we know exactly what we’re doing even when we’re just on the phone. Who would’ve thought that an internet friendship could develop into them turning into your other half?
The first person I turn to is Megan for anything and everything. She knows what’s right from wrong and she’ll smack me with words if I’ve done something silly. I’m the most stubborn person ever and she makes me break away from that. I don’t calm down too easily when something goes wrong but she’s like a lullaby and I’m the screaming baby. I don’t think anyone can understand the situation I’m in. We’re not your typical best friends. It’s not like we see each other, sleep over at one another’s house or bug random people on the street by just being ourselves. To be honest, I think the two of us together would be a lot to handle. We’re just to bombs that go off and creates mass destruction throughout the country, mainly on the New Jersey side and California.
I tend to call other people my best friend, sure, but it’s never the same case as Megan. I look up to her. I wish I could live in Keansburg, New Jersey, be with her mom who I wouldn’t mind living with, associate myself with the same people she does. Imagine we went to the same school? Dear god. That’d be so great. We’ve been through a lot, more than I’ve been through with anyone else. No matter what, She’s still here for me through thick and thin, just like I am for her, and that’s what I call a hero. Megan Elizabeth Pigott, My hero.
Behind every good man there is a woman, and that woman was Martha Washington, man, and everyday George would come home, she would have a big fat bowl waiting for him, man, when he come in the door, man, she was a hip, hip, hip lady, man.
